は同一又は相当部分を示す。

電源装置及び前記流量調整器に接続され、前記検
出器によつて検出された電気機器の負荷状態に応
じて、前記可変電圧可変周波数電源装置の出力周
波数及び前記流量調整器の開度を制御する制御装
置とを備えたことを特徴とする電気機器冷却装置
