Abstract

PURPOSE:To accommodate increase in the number of input and output lines without using cables by housing and holding an electronic substrate between connectors in the corresponding positions of a pair of mother boards arranged oppositely and signal and output terminals are connected with leaf-spring-form terminals of the connectors. CONSTITUTION:By turning an operation lever 4, a terminal stopper 3 expands an insertion opening for an electronic substrate. The both side ends of an electronic substrate 5 are slid along an insertion opening formed of leaf-spring-form terminals 2-2 of edge connectors 2 and are inserted up to a predetermined position. By turning the lever 4 in arrow direction, signal input and output terminal 5a of the substrate 5 comes in pressure contact with the terminal 2-2 and is connected to that. The lever 4 is engaged to a hook on an end plane of a main body 2-1 of the connector and the substrate 5 is housed and held in the main body 2-1. Thus, it becomes possible to accommodate increase in the number of input and output lines without using cables.
