A current amplifier circuit block 2 amplifying the voltage VQ1E consists of NPN TRs Q3, Q4. A high impedance guarantee circuit block 3 consists of an NPN TR Q6, resistors R5, R6, R7, capacitors C1, C2 and a 2nd constant voltage source Vb. When the emitter of the TR Q4 is applied with a minute AC signal, the base of the TR Q1 is applied with the minute AC signal in phase and the AC impedance viewed from the output terminal T1 is increased.
