Abstract
PURPOSE:To attain a tracing control of a multi-axis machine with high accuracy by correcting a command of other axes while taking the characteristic of the servo system into account with respect to one axis subject to linear approximation when a command function to each axis is given. CONSTITUTION:The servo system such as an NC or a robot is considered normally as a simple system to be independent n-axis and commands f1(t), f2(t)...f0(t) calculated in advance as functions are given to the servo system in advance. Then the f1(t) is rewritten as a function being constant in a minute section (T<t<=t+DELTAT) and referred to as U(n). When a command function to each axis is given, a calculated value to a reference axis is given as the command while taking an axis as the reference axis. As to other axes, the sum of the command of the reference axis, the result of a multiple of a precalculated value and the result of multiple of other constant to a difference of response between the reference axis and an axis is given as a command. Thus, the tracing control of a multi-axis machine is attained with high accuracy.
