Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a reagent which allows observation of a color forming reaction without affecting a microplate, by incorporating a mixed liquid of benzyl alcohol and water soluble alcohol. CONSTITUTION:An alcohol component to be contained comprises a mixed liquid of benzyl alcohol and water-soluble alcohol. Aqueous alcohol is ethylalcohol and the water soluble alcohol is contained at a rate of 1-9 part by capacity per 1 part by capacity of benzyl alcohol. The reagent thus obtained is mixed at a rate enough to permit the color formation of the entire liquid. This facilitates the observation of a color forming reaction along with ease of operation.
