Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce the volume of etching solution necessary for concentration measurement and obtain rotary bending etching fatigue strength in a state wherein dissolved oxygen concentration is decreased by bubbling N2 in the etching solution and providing an etching solution tank within a N2 sealed isolated chamber.
