Abstract

PURPOSE:To depress effectively warpage of a laminated plate, by positioning metal foils on nearer sides to press hot plates in the method for preparing a laminated plate where a plurality of laminated plates having a metal foil on one face of each prepreg and a release film on the other face of each prepreg are placed through metal plates and molded by heating and pressing. CONSTITUTION:Laminated bodies 3 which are individually separated through metal plates 2 are placed between press hot plates 1. A laminated body 3 is constituted of a prepreg on one and the other face of which a metal foil 4 and a release film 5 are respectively placed. Metal foils 4 are all positioned so as to be placed on nearer sides of the press hot plates 1 and the laminated bodies 3 are symmetrically placed from the central part between the press hot plates toward the upper and lower press hot plates. As the metal foils 4 of the laminated bodies 3 are positioned at nearer sides to the press hot plates, in the cooling after molding under heating and pressing, the metal foils are gradually contracted with cooling of the press hot plates and the rapid contraction can be therefore avoided. Therefore, warpage where the metal foils are recessed due to molding of the laminated plate is remarkably depressed, and reject rate of the laminated plates is reduced. Yield of the product and characteristics of the printed base plate are also improved.
