Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:trans-4-Cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide and cis-4- cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide shown by formula I. USE:A synthetic intermediate for trans-4-cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide and cis-4-cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide, an antiplasmin. PREPARATION:trans-4-Cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid chloride or cis-4- cyanocyclohexanecarboxylic acid chloride shown by formula II is reacted with an ammonia gas or ammonia water in a solvent such as benzene at 10 deg.C-reflux temperature, preferably 50-70 deg.C to give a compound shown by formula I.
