Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure an effective peeling angle of an ink film and to compact an apparatus, by setting a contact position at which winding of the ink film with a winding roll is started to a thermal head side of the winding roll. CONSTITUTION:With the starting of an apparatus, a recording paper 2 of a supply tray 21 is taken into the apparatus and at the same time, a platen roller 1 is rotated. The recording paper 2 adheres to a yellow ink film 6, and a yellow part is recorded with an initial thermal head 3. Successively, respective colors of magenta and cyan are recorded. Herein, contact position at which windings of ink films 6-8 are started in winding rolls 12-14 is set to thermal heads 3-5 side, and a peeling angle when the ink films 6-8 are separated from the recording paper 2, is set at a large effective peeling angle of not less than 90 deg.. Therefore, by bringing peeling rollers 18-20 and the winding rollers 12-14 closer to the thermal heads 3-5, a diameter of a platen roller 1 can be formed small, and the whole apparatus can also be miniaturized.
