Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled device which records in a thermosensitive shape by a carrying belt on which hot-melt ink is applied and tape-shaped recording paper and can record on plain paper with no thermal color former in a thermosensitive shape. CONSTITUTION:A carrying belt 1 thinly and uniformly applyed hot-melt ink 4 on one surface thereof is forwarded from a belt roll 2, and wound on a takeup reel 3. Tape-shaped recording paper 5 is sent out from a recording paper roll 6, and connected to an extracting section 7. When operating a facsimile receiver, the carrying belt 1 and the recording paper 5 are inserted between a thermal head 8 and a pushing roller 10 under contacting conditions while a heating element is conducted, and the temperature of the heating element is elevated up to 120 deg.C or higher. The hot-melt ink 4 is heated up to 60 deg.C or higher through the belt 1 and brought to a pasty condition, and the ink 4 is transcribed onto the recording paper 5.
