Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a manufacturing process, to entirely uniformize securing conditions laterally symmetrically, and to obtain an accurate detector by securing a striplike thin magnetic plate to the periphery of a driven shaft, selectively removing a film, and mounting in parallel magnetic blanks at a predetermined angle with respect to the center line of the driven shaft. CONSTITUTION:A striplike thin magnetic plate 2 made of an amorphous magnetic material is prepared. When the end is secured to a driven shaft 1, it is obliquely so cut as to become the same angle as an oblique angle with respect to the axis of a magnetic blank piece 4. Then, it is coated with an adhesive, wound on the periphery of the shaft 1, and secured by thermally curing it. Thereafter, it is photoetched, and the piece 4 mounted in parallel at a predetermined angle with respect to the center axis of the shaft 1 is obtained. When it is coated with the adhesive, the area of the thin magnetic plate is large. Accordingly, it can be relatively uniformly coated. The axial dimensional accuracy of the shaft 1 is not required at the stage of securing the thin plate. If it is selectively removed after securing, the positional accuracies of axially and circumferentially at the width and gap of the piece are obtained without set error allowable range of selectively removing.
