冷却装置において、 ウオータポンプ６０を水冷横形エンジン６のシ
リンダブロツク１３の取付用下面Ｂよりも下側に
位置させるとともに、側面視でシリンダブロツク
１３の後ろ寄り部分に位置させ、ウオータポンプ
６０からポンプ軸７０の端部７０ａを後方に突出
させ、ポンプ軸７０にポンプ入力プーリ６１を固
定し、シリンダブロツク１３から後方に突出する
クランク軸３９の後端部３９ａにフライホイール
４０とポンプ駆動プーリ６３とを固定し、ポンプ
駆動プーリ６３にポンプ入力プーリ６１をベルト
６４で連動連結したことを特徴とする横形エンジ
