構成した横形エンジンの水冷式冷却装置において
、 シリンダヘツド１７の後側面にウオータポンプ
６０を取付け、シリンダヘツド１７の後側面にヘ
ツドジヤケツト３１のジヤケツト入口３１ａを開
口し、ジヤケツト入口３１ａにウオータポンプ６
０の吐出口６０ｂを後ろ向きに連通させ、ウオー
タポンプ６０の前後向きのポンプ軸７０の後ろ外
側に突出する突出軸部７０ａにポンプ入力輪６１
とラジエータフアン５３とを固定し、水冷横形エ
ンジン６の後側面外に後ろ向きに突出するクラン
ク軸３９の後部にフライホイール４０・エンジン
動力取出輪４２のほかにポンプ伝動輪６３を固定
し、ポンプ伝動輪６３に巻掛伝動帯６４を介して
ポンプ入力輪６１を連動連結し、ラジエータフア
ン５３の後側にラジエータ１０を臨ませて配置し
たことを特徴とする横形エンジンの水冷式冷却装
