CONSTITUTION:A rotary magnetic recording sheet 10, in which an outer circumferential signal 12a is recorded on an outer circumference track 10b arranged at a part of the outer circumferential part of a recording track 10a which works as a reference, and an inner circumferential signal 12c is recorded on an inner circumferential track 10c arranged at the position where at least a part does not face with the outer circumferential track 10b to the inner circumferential part of the recording track 10a, is mounted to a rotary magnetic sheet recording and reproducing device 1. By comparing an outer circumferential signal 12b outputted from the outer circumferential track 10b and the inner circumferential signal 12c outputted from the inner circumferential track 10c, the position of a recording and reproducing head 8 of a rotary magnetic sheet recording and reproducing device 1 is adjusted. Since it is shown clearly by a waveform whether the position on the track of a recording and reproducing head 8 is dislocated to inside or to outside, the workability is remarkably improved.
