Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the mold release of the molded object with an under cut part to be easily achieved by a method in which after the molding of the object to be molded, the molded object is ejected by transferring a core mold with a pushing rod, and then the core mold is turned by a stretching rod in the direction apart from the under cut part of a molded object. CONSTITUTION:After the molding of the object 1 to be molded, when an ejectior plate 37 is approachably raised relatively to a mold body 21 by the lowering of the mold body 21, a core mold 23 is raised with an ejector pin 35 and a pushing rod 28, and while a molded object 1 is ejected by a prescribed distance, the fixing member 33 on the lower end of the stretching rod 29 brought in contact with the under surface of the molded object 21 and is fixed there. Next, by further continuing the ejecting of the molded object 1, the stretching rod 29 is pulled downward by the mold body 21 by way of the fixing member 33, whereby the core mold 23 is turned in the direction apart from the pawl 2 being the undercut part of the molded object 1 with the connecting shaft 26 with the pushing rod 28 as its fulcrum, and the molded object 1 is released from the mold.
