Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the removal of a cavity block while retaining a molded form at the side of a core upon opening molds, by a method wherein at least one piece of discharging rod among the same rods is provided with a retaining recess, formed at the side end of the cavity block, while a turning means, turning the discharging rod provided with the retaining recess, is provided in the title molding tool device. CONSTITUTION:When molten resin is poured into a cavity 21, a part of the molten resin flows into a retaining recess 31A through the gap of a small diametral part at the tip end of a discharging rod 31 provided with the retaining recess whereby a small resin block is formed there. This resin block is continued to resin in the cavity 21 and is retained by the discharging rod 31 provided with the retaining recess at the side of a core block 1. When the cavity block 2 is removed after molding, a molded from a hooked by the core block 1 and is retained, therefore, the molded form will never be adhered to the cavity block 2. A motor 4 is rotated after removing the cavity block 2 to turn the discharging rod 31 provided with the retaining recess once to separate the resin block from the molded form, then, a discharging plate 3 is pushed to eject the molded form out of the core block 1 by the cooperation of all discharging rods including the discharging rod 31 provided with the retaining recess.
