Abstract

In addition, on the basis of the variation in the opening of a throttle valve, acceleration is judged by a means C, and further the time elapsed from the point when the start of acceleration has been detected is measured by a means D. On the other hand, the ignition timing is corrected by a first means E to the lag side until a first prescribed time elapses, and further the ignition timing is corrected by a second means F in such a direction as the variation in the engine speed is restrained until a second prescribed time elapses. And when fuel is not cut off by a means G before acceleration, respective correction quantities are reduced by a means H, or respective corrections are stopped.
