PURPOSE:To aim at effective utilization of energy by leading the output signal of a generator, pressure signal of exhaust heat recovery boiler and power signal of commercial power to a governer and controlling the fuel control valve of the gas turbine with use of the output of the governer. CONSTITUTION:In an equipment where a fuel control valve 3 provided in a supply pipe 4 for supplying fuel to the combustor 5 of a gas turbine 2 is controlled by a governor 15, as the output signal of a generator 1, the signals from a shaft speed meter 13 and wattmeter 14 are led to the governer 15 while the output signals from both a pressure meter 19 mounted in the steam line 11 of an exhaust heat recovery boiler 7 and wattmeter 25 mounted in the commercial power line 18 are also led to the governer 15. In such a governer 15, when the steam load is reduced and the pressure of a steam line 11 is increased, a fuel control valve 20 is controlled to reduce the heat amount from a burner 8 and to lower the heat amount from an exhaust gas line 6 to the exhaust heat recovery boiler 7 by throttling the fuel control valve 3.
