The slit holes 5b and 5c are formed around a virtual line (n) extending in parallel to a virtual line (m) passing the center of the nozzle 2 and deviated by a specified distance (e), and compressed air A is injected in a state of rotating the air in direction Y reverse to rotation direction X of fuel O.
