Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a carry path transfer device for free flow pallet by reciprocating a movable table between carry-in port and carry-out port while making half rotation around a vertical axis and up/down motion simultaneously and contacting with the carry-in port and the carry-out port. CONSTITUTION:Rotation of a rotary spline shaft 32 causes rotation of a movable table 33. Consequently, intermediate pulleys 36, 37, 34 rotate to feed out a wire 35, and the movable table 33 makes 180 deg. rotation and lowering motion from a position shown by a solid line where the rear end 33r faces with a carry-out port 30 to a position shown by an imaginary line where the front end 33f faces with a carry-in port 31. The movable table 33 contacts with the carry-in port 31 thus allowing carry-in work. Reverse rotation causes contact of the movable table 33 with the carry-out port 30 thus allowing carry-out work. With such arrangement, the structure can be simplified.
