Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A piezo-magnetic vibrator 10 constitutes an ultrasonic vibrator by being stuck an electrode means 11 consisting of a printed board or a metallic plate and it is fixed on an inside bottom surface of a cylindrical vibration case 12 with an adhesive, etc. Also a driving circuit part 13 for driving the ultrasonic vibrator is arranged on another end opening part of the vibration case 12 and the edge of the opening is fixed with a handling part 15 to close the opening. The ultrasonic washer unit formed like this is supported to the washing tank via a floating means, etc., and when liquid is charged and the unit is electrified, ultrasonic washing of a tableware, etc., is efficiently performed.
