Claims (1)
- 一対の針電極９を有するイルミネーシヨン用ラ
ンプ２群及び、複数の絶縁層５と導電層６が交互
に積層され且つ前記針電極９が差込み可能な多層
導電基板４から構成され、前記針電極９は多層導
電基板４に差込まれた際導通すべきでない導電層
６に接触する部分に絶縁被覆層１０が形成されて
いることを特徴とするイルミネーシヨン装置。
