Abstract
PURPOSE:To make a separate device for performing full charging unnecessary by turning a relay on, if a battery voltage is higher than a reference value, to operate a stirring machine, thereby preventing waste of electric power at the time the power is not sufficient. CONSTITUTION:A comparator 3 constantly compares the voltage 1 of a storage battery with the reference voltage 2 and if the voltage 1 becomes higher than the voltage 2, a current is applied to a coil 41. A relay contact point 42, normally in an open condition, is closed when the current is applied to the coil 41. This causes a stirring machine 5 to be connected to a power source 6 and to start operation. When the voltage 1 later becomes lower than voltage of the reference power source, the comparator 3 stops applying the current to the coil 41. This causes the contact point 4 to return to the open condition and the stirring machine 5 is separated from the power source 6 and stops.
