Abstract
PURPOSE:To control a positioning device by passing a mobile body if other operation is finished till the body reaches a tentative deceleration position, decelerating the body from there if the operation is not finished and moving the body to an object position after the end of operation is confirmed. CONSTITUTION:A moving start position P1 of a wire insertion means 32 as a mobile body is transferred sequentially to a core 22 in a core winding device while the winding is being processed. A CPU stores distances l3, l2, l1 till the object position P3, tentative object position P2 and deceleration start position P4 respectively. When the means 32 is moved from the position P1 at constant speed, the object of the CPU is the position P2 and the means 32 is turned during the movement. The completion of turning is decided at the position P4 and when the turning is finished, the object is changed to the position P3 and the means 32 is moved as it is and one stroke is finished at the position P3. When the turning is not finished, the CPU decelerates the body to stop it at the position P2, the end of turning is awaited, the object is set to the position P3 and then the body is moved again. By such a constitution, since high speed movement and accurate positioning of the wire inserting means are attained, the winding on the ceramic head core is attained accurately and quickly.
