Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a shape with high accuracy by allowing a dead band correc tion means to correct the moving quantity of a controlled system if the produc tion of a dead band caused in moving the controlled system is detected thereby eliminating deformation of the processed form. CONSTITUTION:An NC program decoding section 2 reads one by one block of the NC program 1 to decode it and the result of decoding is outputted to a moving direction discrimination section 6. Moreover, an NC program advanced read section 5 advance-reads the program 1 by one block prior to the decoding of the program 1. The moving direction discrimination section 6 discriminates the change in the moving direction based on the NC program decoded by the decoding section 2 or the advance-read section 5 to correct the dead band with respect to the X, Y axes. A backlash correction timing control section 7 adjusts the timing of backlash correction by a backlash correction section 4 based on the interpolation by the interpolation section 3 and the discrimination of the moving direction by the discrimination section 6. The correction section 4 applies correction based on the coordinate of moving destination to be calculated.
