Abstract

CONSTITUTION:At a part where a moving vehicle A runs in an opposed state, the projection of the ultrasonic wave from a transmitter 4 is differentiated at every moving vehicle A to prevent that the ultrasonic wave projected from other moving vehicle A is continuously received within the set time after the projection of the ultrasonic wave from one moving vehicle A by the receive 5 of one moving vehicle A. When the receiver 5 receives the ultrasonic wave continuously a predetermined number of times or more, the presence of an obstruction is detected.
