Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate beat interference completely by using a CPU so as to control the relation of frequency causing cross spurious beat disturbance of a reception frequency and mutual relation of the local oscillated frequency and the carrier oscillation frequency thereby switching the result by a switch or the like. CONSTITUTION:In receiving a frequency causing cross spurious beat in a multiple conversion system superheterodyne receiver, the oscillated frequency of the 1st local oscillator 3 is controlled by a CPU 13 by using a PLL 14, a switch 12 in interlocking with the CPU 13 is changed over to allow the selection of higher and lower frequency with respect to the intermediate frequency and the oscillation frequency of the 2nd local oscillator 6. Thus, the beat disturbance to the multi-conversion superheterodyne receiver in the specific beat is eliminated completely.
