Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 弁室と弁室に連通した流入孔及び流出孔を形
成したボデイ本体と、弁室内に回動自在に装着さ
れたボールと、流入孔及び流出孔の各々の弁室側
開口とボールとの間に介在させられたシール部材
とを備え、ボールには流入孔と流出孔とを連通す
る流通孔を形成してなり、ボールの回動により弁
の開閉を行うボールバルブにおいて、弁室に連通
する逃がし孔をボデイ本体に形成すると共に、弁
の閉成状態において流入孔と逃がし孔とを連通す
るバイパス路をボールにその流通孔と非連絡に形
成し、弁の開成状態においてバイパス路が流入孔
の弁室側開口のシール部材の外側に位置してなる
ことを特徴とするボールバルブ。 ２ 流入孔と流出孔とが略直線上に配位され、逃
がし孔が当該直線と略直交する方向に配位されて
なるとこを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載のボールバルブ。 ３ バイパス路がボールの外周面の流入孔から逃
がし孔にかけて対向する部分を、ボールの回動軸
に対して斜めに切除した斜面であることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記
載のボールバルブ。 ４ 斜面が平面であることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第３項記載のボールバルブ。 ５ 斜面が凹面であることを特徴とする実用新案
登録請求の範囲第３項記載のボールバルブ。 ６ バイパス路がボール外周に形成された溝であ
ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項又は第２項記載のボールバルブ。 ７ バイパス路がボール内に穿設された孔である
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
又は第２項記載のボールバルブ。
