Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the level shift without being affected by power voltage fluctuation by controlling the current flowing to a 1st impedance element depending on the change of a current flowing to a 2nd impedance element in response to the fluctuation of the power voltage. CONSTITUTION:A potential Va1 being one differential output is level-shifted by a voltage drop across a resistor R1 by a base-emitter voltage Vf of a TR Q1 and it is extracted from a connecting point between the resistor R1 and the TR Q4 as a potential Va2. Moreover, the potential Vb1 being the other differential output is level-shifted by a voltage drop across a resistor R2 by a base-emitter voltage Vf of a TR Q3 and extracted from a connecting point between the resistor R2 and a TR Q6 as a potential Vb2. Since the current I flowing to the resistor R3 varies in response to the fluctuation of the power voltage, the voltage drop across the resistors R1, R2 varies with the power voltage. Thus, the potentials Va2, Vb2 is made constant independently of the effect of the fluctuation of the power supply.
