Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the stable operation over a wide temperature range by inserting a diode in a polarity giving a forward bias to 1st and 2nd transistors(TR) between a power supply and a connecting point of an amplifier circuit where an emitter of the 1st TR and a collector of the 2nd TR are connected in series. CONSTITUTION:A signal fed to an input terminal 16 is given to a base of a TR Q1 to which a DC bias obtained by dividing a difference voltage between reference voltages V1 and V2 by resistors R1, R2 via a coupling capacitor C1 and an output is extracted from an output terminal 21. In this case, the current flowing to a resistor R3 has an equal temperature coefficient equal to constant current sources 19, 20 by a diode D1 set so that the base and collector potential of a TR Q2 are equal to each other at a prescribed temperature. Thus, the current flowing to a resistor R5, current sources 19, 20 and the resistor R3 has the same temperature coefficient. Then the base potential and the collector potential of the TR Q2 are identical regardless of temperature change.
