Claims (1)
不純物の異物分とに分離するためのスリツト１を
所定ピツチで多数配列したスクリーンプレート２
でドラム状に囲成したスクリーンバスケツト３を
用いたスクリーンにおいて、前記スリツト１を原
料移動方向に対して同じ方向に傾いた傾斜切口と
し、該スリツト１に原料移動方向を定めるアジテ
ータ４をスクリーンプレート２の原料流入側に配
備したことを特徴とする製紙用スクリーン。 (2) 前記スリツト１が、スクリーンバスケツト
３の中心軸に対して傾斜し所定長さを持つてスク
リーンバスケツト３の胴部に所定ピツチで螺旋状
又はリング状に配列されたものである実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のスクリーン。 (3) 前記スリツト１が、スクリーンバスケツト
の中心軸に対し、１０〜４５度の範囲で傾いてい
るものであつて、複数列配列されているものであ
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載
のスクリーン。 (4) 前記アジテータ４が、前記スリツト１の傾
き方向と反対方向に傾斜したブレードであつて、
スクリーンプレート２の内側又は外側のいずれか
に回転自在に配備されているロータである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１〜３項のいずれか一つの項
記載のスクリーン。 (5) 前記アジテータ４が、ブレードであつてリ
ング状のスペーサ５，５間に介在され、多段に組
立連結したロータ構成からなるものである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１〜４項のいずれか一つの項
記載のスクリーン。 (6) 前記アジテータ４が、螺旋状のブレードか
ら成り、原料流れをスクリーンバスケツト３の中
心軸に対して傾け、スリツト１の傾きとほぼ同じ
