Claims (1)
分とに分離するためのスリツトを形成したスクリ
ーン１を密閉ケーシング２中に室内を仕切つた区
画状態で配備し、このスクリーン１に近接して回
転インペラ１０を設けたスクリーン装置において
、仕切面に枠状の支持部材３を設け、該支持部材
３の一側に所定ピツチ間隔をおいて凹溝４を複数
設け、この凹溝４に条体５を嵌装して捲回固着し
、条体５，５間にスリツト６を形成したことを特
徴とする製紙用スクリーン装置。 (2) 前記条体５が、角形断面又は円形断面の鋼
線体であつて、スパイラル状又はリング状に連続
して前記凹溝４に嵌支した請求項１記載のスクリ
ーン装置。 (3) 前記支持部材３が、複数の環状枠と、各環
状枠を連結する放射状に配列した複数の支持枠と
を組合せた円形枠体であつて、中心から半径方向
に順次等間隔に並列した凹溝４を前記支持枠に持
つていて、前記条体５を渦巻状又は環状に保持で
きるようにした請求項１又は２記載のスクリーン
装置。 (4) 渦巻状又は螺旋状に連続した条体５又は中
心から外方に向かつて順次大径となるリング状の
条体５の複数を間隔をおいて、放射状の支持部材
３に連結して偏平板状体に構成し、相隣る各条体
５，５間にスリツト６をそれぞれ形成したことを
特徴とするスクリーン。 (5) 前記条体５が、液流入側面を矩形断面で反
対側面は先細りの台形断面となつている鋼材であ
つて、スリツト巾０．０１〜０．３５mmのピツチ
間隔で環状に支持部材３上に保持した請求項４記
