Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the obtaining of a highly accurate recording data while automatically stopping a driver, by detecting an abnormal distortion and a fine cracking of material with a strain gauge. CONSTITUTION:When abnormality such as distortion and cracking occurs in material 2, a bridge circuit of a gauge box 3 gets unbalanced to transmit an abnormality signal to a strain amplifier 4. The abnormality signal is amplified with the strain amplifier 4 to be transmitted to an electromagnetic oscillograph 5 while being done to a detector 10. The abnormality signal inputted into the detector 10 is a bipolar signal positive and negative in the voltage and when it is an input signal positive in the voltage, an operational amplifier is operated to output an inversion output amplified at an output terminal. When it is an input signal negative in the voltage, the operational amplifier is cut off with the action of a diode. In other words, in case any abnormal distortion occurs, a driver 6 is stopped based on an output of the detector 10 thereby enabling accurate detection of a moment at which an abnormal distortion or a fine cracking of the material 2 occurs.
