Claims (1)
器械であつて、直流電気発生器手段と、患者の接
地パツドと、負電極として作用する痔病巣貫入の
ための遠位チツプを有する単極プローブと、プロ
ーブを支持し且つ直流電流レベルを制御する器械
ハンドピースとを具備する器械において、 プローブが、基部と、それから延び且つ痔病巣
と電気伝導係合するようになつている前記遠位チ
ツプで終端する少なくとも一つの細長いプローブ
とを含み、 器械ハンドピースが、 医師によつて把持されるように寸法をもち且つ
構成された下方ハンドル部分と、 前記プローブ基部を前記ハンドピースへ電気伝
導係合で結合し、医師が手根を延ばして異常に屈
曲することなく痔病巣の処置中器械ハンドピース
を保持し得るように選択された鈍角で前記プロー
ブの軸線が前記下方ハンドル部分の軸線に対して
ある協働手段と、 前記下方ハンドル部分の概ね上方に配置され且
つプローブ遠位チツプを痔病巣中へ貫入する時に
医師に目視し得る前パネルを有する治療監視及び
制御上方ハンドル部分とを含み、 前パネルが、 前記器械の処置状況の状態を表示する手段であ
つて、該表示手段及び前記プローブの遠位チツプ
が前記下方ハンドル部分を保持する医師の視線と
概ね同一線上に配置されて前記遠位プローブチツ
プを痔病巣中へ貫入させる表示手段と、 医師が前記下方ハンドル部分を把持している手
の指で制御手段を操作し得るように前記下方ハン
ドル部分に近接して配置された直流電流レベル制
御手段とを含み、 それにより医師が痔病巣に治療を行う時に他方
の手を自由にしたままで一方の手で器械を把持し
且つ前記制御手段を操作しながら同時に処置場所
を見ることができ且つ表示手段に現れる処置の状
況を観察することができる器械。 (2) 前記器械の処置状況の状態を表示する前記
手段が処置の経過時間を表示する手段を含む実用
