Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a pressure detecting device by the use of one pressure sensor by connecting high-pressure piping and low-pressure piping to a main body which has a semiconductor pressure sensor and providing a solenoid valve for high/low pressure switching, etc. CONSTITUTION:The high-pressure piping 8 and low-pressure piping 7 are connected to the main body 20 with the semiconductor pressure sensor 23 and the solenoid valve 30 for high/low pressure switching is provided. Then the relation between pressure and output is taken out linearly and electrically to detect and amplify high pressure and low pressure. Thus, the cost is reduced by using one pressure sensor 23.
