Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain an injection, by heating and drying a solution of MgCl2 and/or CaCl2 in a lower alcohol as a main component, adding the solution to aspirin DL-lysine powder and (iso)nicotinic acid amide as a stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:A solution of MgCl2 and/or CaCl2 in a lower alcohol (preferably ethanol) as a main component is heated and dried to give a dried solution, which is blended with aspirin DL-lysine powder (one obtained by filtering solution and then lyophilizing) and (iso)nicotinic acid amide as a stabilizer to give the titled injection which is stable after long-term preservation and is rapidly dissolved in use. The solution containing the lower alcohol as the main component is heated and dried at <=5mmHg at 70-120 deg.C in the case of MgCl2 and preferably normal pressure at about 160 deg.C in the case of CaCl2. The content of MgCl2 and/or CaCl2 is preferably 2-10wt.% based on the whole contact.
