Claims (1)
- 工作物をリフトアンドキヤリー方式で搬送する
搬送装置に用いる治具装置において、前記工作物
を加工位置で支持する基準面と、この基準面に工
作物をクランプするクランプ装置と、前記基準面
にエアを噴出するエア供給装置と、前記基準面に
対する工作物の着座を確認する着座確認装置と、
この着座確認装置からの着座異常信号に応じて工
作物をリフトすべく前記搬送装置を制御する制御
装置とによつて構成してなる治具装置。
