At the same time, a control signal from an average voltage balance circuit 33 is inputted to a proportion integration adjustment circuit 14 through a soft start circuit 35 by an analog switch 34 in ON position. According to the constitution, an output voltage mean value of an uninteruptible power supply 3 is controlled so as to have the same value as a voltage mean value of the commercial power 2. Overcurrent of the load 5 is dissolved, and when power supply was returned to the uninteruptible power supply 3, a variation of voltage due to the switching of power is zero by the operation of the average voltage balance circuit 35 and the instantaneous voltage balance circuit 36.
