【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) カツプ状のフライホイールと、前記フライ
ホイールの内周に配置された複数個の磁石と、前
記磁石を内周側から覆う円筒部と前記フライホイ
ールの開口部側に位置する磁石の端面を覆う外鍔
部とを有するマグネトカバーとを備えたフライホ
イール磁石回転子において、 前記複数個の磁石相互間に位置させた前記フラ
イホイールの内周面に設けられた第1の位置決め
凹部と、 前記第1の位置決め凹部に一部が嵌合されて該
第1の位置決め凹部との嵌合により前記フライホ
イールの周方向及び軸線方向に位置決めされた状
態で前記複数の磁石相互間の間隙に嵌合配置され
た位置決め部材とを具備し、 前記位置決め部材の前記マグネトカバー側の面
には第2の位置決め凹部が設けられ、 前記マグネトカバーの円筒部の一部が変形され
て前記第2の位置決め凹部内に嵌入されて該マグ
ネトカバーが周方向及び軸線方向に位置決めされ
ていることを特徴とするフライホイール磁石回転
子。 (2) 前記第1の位置決め凹部は有底の穴からな
つている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の
フライホイール磁石回転子。 (3) 前記第1の位置決め凹部は前記フライホイ
ールの周壁を貫通させて設けられた孔からなつて
いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のフラ
イホイール磁石回転子。 (4) 前記位置決め部材は、前記フライホイール
の底壁に当接された基部を有し、前記磁石は該基
部に当接されて前記フライホイールの軸線方向に
位置決めされている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1
項ないし第3項のいずれか1つに記載のフライホ
イール磁石回転子。 (5) 前記位置決め部材及び磁石は、前記フライ
ホイールの内周に形成された位置決め突起に当接
されて前記フライホイールの軸線方向に位置決め
されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし
第3項のいずれか1つに記載のフライホイール磁
