PURPOSE:To obtain excellent low temp. shrinkability, transparency and anti- blocking properties, by using a specific propylene soft resin, linear ultra-low density polyethylene or multi-layers thereof whose Vicat softening points are low as an intermediate layer and a specific polypropylene resin as an outermost layer. CONSTITUTION:Polypropylene resin used as an outermost layer is a propyleno copolymer such as propylene-ethylene-butene-1 three component randum copolymer, propylene-butene-1 copolymer, and the low temp. drawing characteristics are good and the Vicat softening point is 80-150 deg.C. If the Vicat softening point is higher than said upper limit, drawing at lower temp. becomes impossible and the film loses transparency and if it is lower than said lower limit, anti- blocking properties and sliding properties of the film becomes poor. Propylene soft resin used as the intermediate layer is one whose Vicat softening point is 115 deg.C or lower in polypropylene resin for outermost layer. By using linear low density polyethylene as an intermediate layer of the multi-layered film, drawing treatment becomes possible and an excellent shrinkable film can be obtained.
