Abstract

PURPOSE: To control hardening of a coil loop and obtain the flexibility thereof by providing a temperature gradient between said coil loop and a linear part and by cooling said loop so as to eliminate melting of a bonding layer.
CONSTITUTION: The linear part 11 of a pattern coil 1 wound by a bonding wire (self-welding magnet wire) is placed on a metal mold 5 embedding a beat source 12. The metal mold 5 is fitted with a beat insulation board 6 and further the loop 4 of the pattern coil 1 is fitted with a cooling metal mold 7 for causing water to flow through. Thus, the heat transferred from the linear part 11 to the loop 4 of the pattern coil 1 is set free by the cooling metal mold 7 so that no hardening reaction takes place. Also, the temperature gradient is generated by the heat insulation board 6 in the boundary between the linear part 11 and the loop 4, and the bonding layer in said part does not finish hardening completely and is taken out as it retains flexibility.
