Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the hardware for a clinker cooler having a long life, by a method wherein a ceramics spray coated layer is formed on the surface of the hardware for the clinker cooler and a ceramics sheet is stuck to the surface of the ceramics spray coated layer by making use of an inorganic adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:A ceramics spray coated layer 2 is formed by performing spray coating of ceramics on at least a part of the surface of a main body 1 of a grating comprised of steel and a ceramics sheet 4 is stuck to the surface of the ceramics spray coated layer 2 by making use of an inorganic adhesive agent 3. As heat conductivity becomes low, thermal expansion of the main body of the grating comprised of the steel is controlled and the ceramics spray coated film possesses flexibility due to the interposition of the porous spray coated layer 2 in relation to a difference of thermal expansion properties between the steel 1 and ceramics sheet 4, even if the main body of the grating is deformed due to heat, following properties to a deformation is favorable. In addition, as adhesion between the ceramics and ceramics due to the interposition of the spray coated layer is generated, the title hardware hardly receives stress due to the difference of the thermal expansion properties, adhesion strength becomes high as compared with a case where the steel and ceramics materials are stuck together directly.
