Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase working speed by a method wherein a plurality of superconductor films are formed separated by, another superconductor film is shaped adjacently to these superconductor films and edge faces on one sides of a plurality of the superconductor films and an edge face on one side of another superconductor film are joined crosswise. CONSTITUTION:Superconductor films 30, 32 are shaped separately so as to reduce electrostatic capacitance as much as possible, and another superconductor film 34 is formed adjacent to these superconductor films 30, 32. Edge faces P, Q on one sides of the superconductor films 30, 32 and an edge face P on one side of another superconductor film 34 are crossed, and these crossing sections are employed as junctions 36, 38. The junction 36 represents the crossing jointing section of the edge faces P and R and the junction 38 the crossing junction of the edge faces Q and R. According to such constitution, the superconductor films 30, 32 and 34 are shaped so as not to be superposed as viewing in a plane manner, thus reducing electrostatic capacitance, then increasing working speed.
