Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise electric resistance of the entire compound material and thus reduce the drop in the high frequency area by combining minute particle diameter metal magnetic material and ferrite magnetic material to insulate metal magnetic particles by high electric resistance ferrite. CONSTITUTION:A compound material is prepared filled with soft magnetic ferrite among the soft magnetic metal particles of average diameter of 1-5mum. The metal magnetic particles are thereby isolated each other and the soft magnetic ferrite portion is made continuous, the saturated flux density Bs thereof is 6500-20000(G). The desirable material to be used is Fe-Si-Al alloy or permalloy (Fe-Ni alloy) for the soft magnetic metal magnetic particles, and Mn-Zn ferrite or Ni-Zn ferrite for the ferrite. Moreover, it is desirable that the porosity of the compound magnetic material is less than 1% and the average particle diameter of metal magnetic particle and ferrite particle is less than 5mum each.
