Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) エンドミル本体の先端部外周に少なくとも
    ２枚のスローアウエイチツプがそれぞれ円弧状の
    切刃を上記エンドミル本体の外周側から先端側に
    位置させて装着され、これら先端側のスローアウ
    エイチツプの基端側に複数のスローアウエイチツ
    プが互いの直線状の切刃を軸線方向に連続させて
    装着されてなるボールエンドミルにおいて、 上記エンドミル本体の先端側に位置する上記ス
    ローアウエイチツプは、いずれも切刃の先端にこ
    れと鈍角に交わる小切刃が形成され、かつ上記小
    切刃と切刃の先端部とに沿うすくい面全体が上記
    小切刃側に向けて漸次着座面側に近付く凸状面に
    よつて形成されているとともに、これら先端側の
    スローアウエイチツプは正のアキシヤルレーキ角
    を付され、かつ他の基端側の上記スローアウエイ
    チツプは０°又は負のアキシヤルレーキ角を付さ
    れてそれぞれ装着されていることを特徴とするボ
    ールエンドミル。 (2) 上記先端側のスローアウエイチツプのアキ
    シヤルレーキ角は３°〜１０°の範囲であり、か
    つ上記基端側のスローアウエイチツプのアキシヤ
    ルレーキ角は０°〜−１０°の範囲であることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    ボールエンドミル。
