１１図は第９図の−線視図、第１２図〜
第１５図はこの考案の他の実施例を示すもので、
第１２図は正面図、第１３図は側面図、第１４図
は底面図、第１５図は第１２図の先端部拡大図、
第１６図および第１７図はそれぞれ上記ボールエ
ンドミルに装着されているチツプを示す正面図、
第１８図〜第２０図は従来のボールエンドミルを
示すもので、第１８図は正面図、第１９図は装着
されているチツプの正面図、第２０図は同側面図

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. エンドミル本体の先端部外周に少なくとも２枚
    のスローアウエイチツプがそれぞれの円弧状の切
    刃を上記エンドミル本体の外周側から先端側に位
    置させて装着されてなるボールエンドミルにおい
    て、上記エンドミル本体の先端側に位置する上記
    スローアウエイチツプは、いずれも切刃の先端に
    これと鈍角に交わる小切刃が形成され、かつ上記
    小切刃と切刃の先端部とに沿うすくい面全体が上
    記小切刃側に向けて漸次着座面側に近付く凸状面
    によつて形成されているとともに、これら先端側
    に位置するスローアウエイチツプのうちの一つの
    スローアウエイチツプはその切刃の先端を上記エ
    ンドミル本体の軸線近傍に位置させかつ上記小切
    刃を上記軸線を横切らせて上記エンドミル本体の
    基端側に後退するように位置させ、他の上記スロ
    ーアウエイチツプはその小切刃が形成された切刃
    先端を上記軸線から外周側に離間させて装着され
    ていることを特徴とするボールエンドミル。
