CONSTITUTION:Phosphate ions are adhered to the surface of a compound foil by dipping an aluminum compound foil, to be used for the anode, into phosphoric acid or phosphate. Then, when a heat treatment is conducted at the temperature of 200 deg.C or above, aluminum phosphate is formed on the surface of the compound foil. There is no exfoliation and the like when compared with the case where only phosphate ions are adhered, the durability of the compound film can be improved, and the long life of the capacitor can also be achieved.
