Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the adherence of films to the surface of a tank by stretching a parison, onto which the films are adhered, by a method wherein pre-blowing is done with low pressure under the state that molds are opened so as to bring the films into contact with the parison and at the same time the base end part and lower end part of the parison are respectively pinched and, after the molds are closed, main blowing is done. CONSTITUTION:A parison 2 and films 25 and 25 are brought into contact with each other by performing pre-blowing with a pressure lower than the customary pressure under the state that molds 4 and 4 are opened. At the same time, the base end part and lower end part of the parison are respectively pinched so as to apply tension to the films 25 and 25 and the parison 2. As a result, the deformation (or wrinkles) of the films 25 and 25 developing due to the heat shrinkage, which is produced by heat transmitted from the parison 2, can be stretched. Since main blowing is done with the customary pressure under the state that the molds 4 and 4 are closed after the stretching of said deformation, no wrinkle of the films 25 and 25 is left on the surface of a plastic tank and consequently the adherence of the films 25 and 25 to the surface of the tank is improved.
