Abstract

PURPOSE:To operate and control a treatment device easily by enabling to set the circulation ratios of treatment tank and membrane device in an optimum state even in case the circulation ratio of a biological treatment reaction tank and that of a membrane separation device are different and making the income and outgo of water in all conform easily. CONSTITUTION:A membrane separation circulation line 6 is formed by a membrane separation device 8 and a circulating pump 7, and the downstream side of said device 8 of said circulation line 6 is connected with an inlet line 2 of a biological treatment reaction tank 1 through a return line 4 to return part of the concentration degree from the device 8. Also, an outlet line 10 of a reaction tank 1 is connected with the upstream side of the device 8 of the circulation line 6. By said arrangement, the circulation ratios of both can be set in an optimum state even if the circulation ratio of the reaction tank 1 and that of the device 8 is different, and income and outgo of the water in all can be conformed easily to operate and control a treatment device easily.
