- 真空外囲器内に蛍光表示部と該蛍光表示部を駆
動する回路とを有する蛍光表示管において、前記
駆動回路のＩＣチツプの近傍にＩＣチツプの温度
を検出するためのダイオードチツプを設けたこと
を特徴とする蛍光表示管。
